The project includes a guitar, Cuban small drums, keyboard-harmonica and two voices.

Time of performance: 60 to 90 minutes; the whole of the repertoire would take about three hours to perform.  

The duo performs fiery dance and quiet romantic music.
Besides normal performances, Hermanos also sing serenades: congratulations, declarations of love, help you make up with your partner or give you some other pleasant surprise.

The Project

The word "Hermanos" is the Spanish for "brothers".  

The Lopez brothers decided to form this project when they realized that not everyone wants a performance on stage involving a band and loud equipment. So we decided to have a smaller group which plays both fiery dances and love songs but softer-sounding.  

The duo's repertoire includes music hits, traditional Cuban and Latin American music: boleros, rumbas , salsas, ballads, romantic songs etc. We also sing songs in Russian with Cuban accents. Some of our songs are humorous.  

We play the following instruments: guitar + lead vocal and small percussion + harmonica + back vocal.  

The duo usually performs at events with no more than 30 people present; where there are more; the performance is on stage and with amplified sound.  The Hermanos perform in restaurants, clubs and at various parties and cultural events.  

Besides concerts, we can also play background music and create nice atmosphere for people to mingle and chat.  

The duo has been known to give unusual concerts: we have been asked to sing outside a maternity ward, under a girl's balcony or window, before the wedding when "buying" the bride, after the wedding while the newlyweds travel all over the city, or in a limo...  

The whole of our repertoire would take about three hours to perform.
